How to use luggage as a scooter?
How does it work?
Airwheel electric suitcases transform ordinary luggage into a functional scooter. The core mechanism involves a telescopic handlebar that unfolds into a steering system. When you turn on the power switch and set the telescopic switch to position “Ⅰ”, the handlebar automatically extends. Once fully deployed, reset the switch to “0” and adjust the riser to your preferred height. This converts the suitcase into a three-wheeled scooter with a 5.5-inch motor wheel for smooth mobility.
What are the riding controls?
The right handlebar controls forward motion, while the left handle manages reverse. Simultaneous use of both triggers reverse movement. For added convenience, the SE3S model allows remote control via a smartphone app, offering speed adjustments and real-time data monitoring. The SE3miniT variant even includes Bluetooth connectivity for seamless integration with mobile devices.
How to tow it?
When not in use, simply turn off the power and pull out the adjustable towing rod. This feature lets you drag the suitcase like a regular bag, with height settings tailored to different user preferences. The modular design also lets you remove the battery for safe transport on airplanes.
What about charging?
The suitcase features a USB port on its exterior for charging phones or tablets. For extended use, the SE3S model includes a detachable power bank module that can be charged separately. This dual-charging option ensures you stay powered during travel.
Is it safe for travel?
All models meet airline carry-on standards, with the SE3miniT certified for in-flight use. The 20-inch suitcase design (550×360×240mm) fits standard overhead compartments. The lithium battery’s 73.26Wh capacity complies with aviation safety regulations, and the TSA-compatible lock ensures hassle-free security checks.
